General Terms and Conditions
Postage & Delivery
We aim to send out all orders within 2 working days of your purchase,
but please allow up to twenty one days for delivery.
All orders are sent by first class royal mail in a cardboard backed A5
envelope. There should be no problem with this fitting through a normal
letterbox.
If you need anything urgently please drop us a line and we will do what we can to help.
ALL ORDERS - if an item is out of stock when the order is
received and due in within the next 5 working days we will hold all of
your order and send the items together. If any item is delayed beyond
this time, we will send the items in stock and notify you of the delay.
Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. Payment processing is handled securely by Paypal. No card details are kept on record by us.
Returns & RefundsWe hope that you will be happy with your
order but if for any reason you need to return your order please
contact us for a returns number. If you are not completely happy with
any purchase you can return it unused in the original packaging within
21 days for a full refund or replacement. Your statutory rights will
not be affected. If you need to return an item, please follow the
instructions that come with your order. Please retain a 'proof of
postage' receipt from the post office. Goods lost (without proof of
postage) or arriving damaged will not be credited. Goods must be
returned at your cost, unless incorrect or faulty.
Import Duties If you order products from our site for
delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties &
taxes that are levied when the delivery reaches the specified
destination. You will be held responsible for payment of any such
import duties & taxes. Please note that we have no control over
these charges & cannot predict their amount. Please contact your
local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws &
regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will
not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
